After getting my side mirror clipped, I reached out multiple businesses via the Yelp quote feature. Alfred reached out promptly, initially coming to me with a quote for a brand new mirror. Without me even asking him to, he searched for a cheaper, used part that he guaranteed was in good quality. He provided me with a quote, I agreed and the part was ordered from there. The part arrived the very next day.   • I came here for an estimate to repair some scratches on the bumper of my new minivan ... I'd had an unfortunate run-in with a tall curb. Joe gave me an estimate - I was really impressed with him and the shop.  He politely explained in detail what would need to be done, and the estimate was very reasonable compared to some shops I'd been to. Another thing I liked about this place was that they had plenty of space to park all the cars that were there to be fixed. I would definitely recommend this place.

  • Joe was friendly, professional and responded to all my emails/ questions very promptly. He kept me informed through the whole process. This was my first time getting into a minor accident and dealing with insurance claims - that in itself was a hassle. Thank goodness Joe made the body shop part hassle free. My Chevy Malibu had a dents on the passenger side and scrapped up rim. My car came back detailed and beautiful! Looks new! Highly recommend! I also like that they have parking too and the location is easy to get in and out of.

  • I had a slight damage to my Ford Explorer and other body shops wanted to replace the entire quarter panel, about $1500. It did not make sense to me, I felt it could be pulled out and slight bondo done. Mark looked at it for a long time and said he would be creative and do that.   • My 2005 Toyota Prius was rear ended and the other driver's E-surance paid for the claim for repair of the rear bumper and the lift gate panel.  Went to 3 auto body repair shops in Glendale to get estimates.  Mark from Glendale Auto Body was honest and gave helpful advice on the repair of the bumper and to insist to E-surance that I wanted an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) part and not AM (after market) which is usually inferior to the original part.  Mark handled the claim with E-surance to make sure all the damages to my car was repaired to the highest standard.  The 13 year old Prius was repaired and then cleaned--  interior and exterior at no extra cost. My car never looked so good since I purchased it in 2005.  Thanks so much to Mark and the Glendale Auto Body team who made my auto repair a positive experience.   • I scraped the side of my car against a gate which left a bit of a dent, so I went to Glendale Auto Body shop to get it fixed. I thought the quote was very reasonable (about $600 less than another shop I went to in Culver City), so I went ahead and let them fix my car. They had my car ready in the time they said they would, and they even cleaned the outside and inside of it. My car looked amazing when I picked it up. I would definitely go back!

  • Thank you to everyone at GAB !  I was referred here by vw dealership on Brand after my vw was smacked into by another vehicle. Brought my car in for inspection last week and brought it back in for repair 1 day ago, was able to pick up my car quicker than I expected.
